I think I agree with Neil. Demo sounds more relaxed and natural. Studio version is crisp and clean. I dig the more laid-back feel. Interesting!

Honestly, I have to say I'm digging the demo version more; seems much more relaxed.
I'll listen to 'em again a few days, to double check my answer.
