Wine is serious business out here. It seems like a mixture of science, art and superstition is used to extract the highest quality product from this magical place.
Hip chords, polyrhythmic interplay and spontaneous melodic conversation seems to be what the wine doctor ordered for these lucky grapes.
If the wine that I sampled is representative of their methods, they have a winner.
