Probably every classical guitar student has played Bach’s Bouree in Em at some point. It’s a basic part of the repertoire. On the assumption everyone has already heard it, I only play through the first half of the traditional arrangement ala Segovia. The rest is a Chet-inspired, tongue-in-cheek romp.
