Neil Young’s “Harvest Moon”

I’ve always loved the now-classic Harvest Moon by Neil Young. It lays on the guitar so perfectly. The tune plays itself. I can’t help myself with re-harmonizing sections so–there’s that.

Do you like the percussion? Looks like I finally found a use for my boxes of unsold CDs! My wedding ring clacking around on the frets from time-to-time is “special” too.

Instruments used on this track: Guitars, Broom, Sticks Main character is the Maton EGB something or other–Michael Fix model. Then there’s the Fender Tele. An American Deluxe… I think. Totally stock 7-10 year old guitar. Finally a little bit of the Cordoba Gipsy Kings model flamenco guitar appears.
